You must have achieved a time less than or equal to the times mentioned below. 

THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

To take part in the Vredestein 20km de Paris, you must either :

- provide an FFA Competition or Running or Company licence number or a J'aime Courir pass

- provide a PPS (Parcours Prévention Santé) number that is less than 3 months old on the date of the competition.

INFO: if  your form is pre-filled (you are a loyal runner), remember to delete your old PPS number, which is no longer valid. You will be able to enter it from 12 July 2025. But leave the ‘I'm entering my PPS number’ field ticked.

The PPS number replaces the medical certificate, which will no longer be accepted. Furthermore, you will only be able to obtain your PPS number 3 months before the race, i.e. after 12 July 2025. You can obtain it by clicking on this link and fill in this information later when you return to your registration form. It must nevertheless be completed before 30 September 2025.

Click on the ‘Enter my PPS number’ button and leave the PPS number blank.

- Triathlon licences are not accepted.

Cancellation Insurance and Personal Training Plan​ (Pass Event)

Subscribe to the J'aime Courir Event Pass to benefit from :

- a cancellation insurance for the race

- your personalised training plan by the French Athletics Federation's running coaches!

Once the payment of your registration is validated, you will receive within 5 days all the information concerning the J'aime Courir Event Pass

==> Offer reserved for people who do not have a valid FFA licence or annual J'aime Courir Pass, as this benefit is already included in the FFA membership.

To participate in Les Vredestein 20km of Paris, you must present a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of sport in competition dating less than one year or be in possession of a license FFA Athlé Compétition, Athlé Running or Athlé Entreprise or a J'aime Courir Pass.

You will be able to download this medical certificate later by returning to your registration form. However, it must be uploaded before September 28, 2024

Reminder: triathlon licenses and medical certificates are not accepted.
