SUPER8 - 2024

The Grand8 race is a demanding long distance event which requires excellent physical condition as well as a very good knowledge of mountain biking / e-MTB practice in the mountains and its technical characteristics (high altitude, steep passages, technical descents, etc.).

The Double8 is a classified and timed event comprising 4 successive loops in stop or even format. It is accessible by mountain bike and VTTAE, individually or in a relay team of 2.

The Simple8 is the unclassified discovery version of the Double8, allowing you to ride the first 2 loops of the event. Accessible by mountain bike and VTTAE.

The Grimpée de la Plagne is a steep climb on the road comprising 21 bends, starting from the valley to Plagne Centre. Available in competition format with all types of NON-electric bikes or in leisure format on all types of bikes, including electric ones.

The Rando Gourmande is a non-timed ride accessible to all by mountain bike or VTTAE combining sport and terroir. 3 gourmet breaks along the route to discover the local gastronomy.

The Super Kids Enduro is a challenge in Enduro mountain biking timed and classified on several stages of the Bike Park. Accessible for young people between 9 and 14 years old. D

For the other activities of the Super Kids Races (Kids MTB and Draisienne) registration is done on site.

SPORTING RESUME

The Grand8 is the technical race of the SUPER8. It requires excellent physical condition and a very good knowledge of mountain biking. In order to ensure your safety and to check your level, we ask you to fill in this Sporting CV.
After reviewing your sports CV, the organization will confirm your registration by e-mail if your level is deemed suitable for the competition. If not, we will refund your registration fee in full.

Don't have your medical certificate or license yet? Don't worry, you can fill it in later in your runner's area.

A medical certificate of non-contraindication to the practice of mountain biking in competition or a valid license is required to validate the registration. You can download a blank version here.

UNIFORM CHALLLENGE

You're a policeman, fireman, gendarme, soldier, customs officer, prison officer, etc... Take part in the challenge and try to place in the MTB World Uniform Championship. 

Proof of your profession will be required when you collect your race number.
