PERSONAL INFORMATION

You will be a minor on the day of the event

Since May 7, 2021 (see the decree), underage athletes are exempt from the medical certificate requirement subject to a negative response to all the questions on the form relating to the underage athlete's state of health.

PARTICIPANT UNDER 18 YEARS OLD

The participants under 18 need to provide a parental permission, signed by a parent or a legal representative.

For this 2024 edition, the organization is giving each participant a pair of technical socks La Chaussette de France, in the event's colors. These socks are 100% Made in France, manufactured in Troyes in the Aube region.

OPTIONAL FINISHER'S MEDAL

The finisher's medal is considered indispensable by some and superfluous by others. To avoid waste and to meet the needs of runners, we have chosen to offer you an optional finisher's medal, made of wood and manufactured in our region.

SHIPPING GRENOBLE --> PRUNIERES (Round trip)

Thanks to the Département de l'Isère, partner of the event, a transport service will enable you to get to the 3rd Post race from the Grenoble metropolitan area.  The service, costing €5 per person ("out-and-back"), will depart from Grenoble's Place Victor Hugo at 5:10 pm, and from the "L'étoile" streetcar stop (= Tram A terminus) in Pont de Claix at 5:30 pm.  This service will take you directly to Prunières, to the start of the race, where you can collect your bib before the race. The same shuttle will then head for La Mine Image to await the end of the race and the arrival of all runners. The shuttle will then depart from La Mine Image towards the Grenoble area (Place Victor Hugo and Arrêt l'Etoile in Pont de Claix) at around 10:45 pm.  The shuttle can be booked for €5 per person (round ticket).

BUS SHUTTLE La MINE IMAGE (La Motte d'Aveillans) --> PRUNIERES

Departure 6:15 pm

A bus service will take participants to the start in Prunières from the La Mine Image museum (La Motte d'Aveillans), where bib collection and the finish will take place. The bus departs from La Mine Image at 6:15 pm and can be booked for €4 per person.
