10 Mile Run - over 18s only
10 Mile Walk - all ages permitted. Early turn-back is allowed.
Starting from Sligo Rugby Club, Strandhill

1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Men & Women in 10 Mile Run
1st Place Men & Women (Over 55)
Spot prizes - winners selected from all participants
Competitive runners must cross the timing mat at the turn-around point
Event starts:
Run starts Saturday 8th June at 12pm (midday)
Walk starts 1 hour earlier at 11am
Registration, t-shirt & race number collection:
Pick up at Sligo RFC
Friday 6:30-8pm
On the day cash or card 10:40-11:40 pm
