Welcome to Ghoul the extra yard for The Yard, the Halloween special of our popular Go the extra yard event. We would love for you to join us on the Halloween weekend by taking part as an individual, a family or as a team.

Sign up for a virtual 1k, 5k or 10k run or walk over the course of the Halloween weekend and set yourself a target to work towards! ​You can decide your own distance with children under 16 going free. You can complete your run at any time to suit you from Saturday 31st October - Sunday 1 November, and then upload your results and a selfie within 48 hours. If you are feeling competitive, why not challenge your friends, family or work colleagues? 

As it is Halloween themed, prizes are available for the best spooky finish line selfie! We would love to see as many people as possible enjoying the spooky season and showing off their frightening frocks outdoors.

All profits will go towards The Yard, an award-winning charity running adventure play services for disabled children, young people and their families in the east of Scotland. Your support will allow us to provide a full range of online support which will bring a little bit of The Yard into our members’ homes. We would love for you to join us by going The Extra Yard, supporting disabled children families now, and in the future.
