Every rider msut have a sports medical fitness certificate; foreign participants must have a fitness certificate drawn up in accordance with the form E - Health Certificate 

For every participant, either resident in Italy or abroad, the fitness certificate for participation must still be valid on the day of the competition.

It is NOT enough to have a membership card of a sports association.

For the code to be valid the procedure described on the link below must be completed and a medical certificate valid on the date of the event must be uploaded and validated on DataHealth website
