All participants must abide by the rules of the governing organisation.
We strongly advise that you DO NOT wear in ear headphones or use audio devices during the race for your own safety.
Event Distance Age Groups
- 1K - Primary School Ages
- 3k - Age Group 12-17 years
- 5k/10k - 17 years & over on event day
Entries will not be accepted by email or by fax.
Each entry must be accompanied by the appropriate fee.
Once an entry has been confirmed, No Refund will be made. No refund can be given if the race has to be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances outside our control, for instance by order of the government. Your entry fee is invested in the cost of staging the event, and the main costs to contractors, suppliers, administration etc are already committed well before race day.
Entry can only be deferred on production of a valid medical certificate.
It is strongly recommended that you consult your doctor if you have any doubt about your health or fitness level. If you are not currently involved in a physical sporting activity, you should seek medical advice before entering the event.

When you register to participate in this event you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to discharge the Committee and its partners from all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of participating in this event.
