NO DEFERRALS WILL BE ALLOWED.
If you choose to cancel your entry up until 90 days before the event (June 23, 2024), you will be charged a 30% administration fee.
If you cancel your entry from 90 days to 30 days before the event you will be charged a 50% fee.
From 30 days your entry is fully committed and no refund is possible.
If the event has to be cancelled because of Covid restrictions or unforeseem circumstances, you will be transferred to the 2025 edition.
