BOS Level 1 Technical Official Certification

COURSE/TECHNICAL OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Membership is required in order to take part.
• You must be over 18.
• As a British Obstacle Sports member you agree to:
  • The British Obstacle Sports Code of Conduct (available on our website)
• British Obstacle Sports is serious in its commitment to high standards of behaviour amongst all British Obstacle Sports members. A disciplinary process is available on request. British Obstacle Sports reserves the right to withdraw membership and therefore the opportunity to officiate at events. A refund will not be issued in such a circumstance.
• Your details may be transferred and stored on membership platform MyNextMatch.com or similar for the purposes of managing your membership.
• Your name and contact details may be shared with race providers if you decide to officiate at their event.
• You will be added to our WhatsApp Technical Officials Community with the mobile number provided.
• British Obstacle Sports do not share your personal data for any other purposes not notified to you (unless you instruct us to do so). Your personal data may need to be processed by our legal and professional advisers on our behalf under confidential and secure terms. All such third parties will be subject to appropriate contracts protecting your privacy interests.
• Your course fee is non-refundable or transferable. 
• Your Technical Official top is presented to you at the first event you officiate at (subject to availablity). You will need to contact officials@britishobstacle.org to advise them of the event you will be at.
