Desk to 5K
JustRuns Fitness are excited to launch Desk to 5k commencing Monday 28th of September 2020.
Many of you are now working from home and your routine is established but is that routine healthy? Are you taking regular breaks? are you taking a scheduled lunch break? Have you incorporated exercise into your daily routine or worse are you just starved of social interaction? No colleagues to interact with, no one to just have a chat with….
All the above is essential for your mental health and wellbeing and as Autumn approaches and Winter will follow now is the time to plan to make exercise part of your daily routine.
The Desk to 5k program will get you out at lunch time Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays and take you from the Desk to 5k in just 8 weeks (24 training sessions).
Under the watchful eye of Lisa Keogh a fully qualified and insured personal trainer you can fulfil your ambition of running 5k, and on completion of Desk to 5k you can progress by graduating to the JustRuns Fitness main running group.
Meeting point will be in the Square Kildare Town, 1.10pm, the duration of each session is approx. 40 mins, Total cost for the 8 weeks is €40. Spaces will be limited
